Dear Sir or Madam,

 

PT PLN Nusantara Power (PLN NP) is pleased to invite local and foreign business entities to submit their EoI in becoming a potential partner for PLN NP in several areas, including Project Sponsor, EPC Contractor, O&M Contractor, Lender, Manufacturer/Technology Provider, Landowner, or Advisor, that is currently open for submission until January 9, 2026.

You also need to understand that this EoI process does not refer to a specific project and is not intended as a binding offer or partnership, as we also need this process in terms of Good Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance in PLN NP.

The following documents required in the EoI submission are:

  1. Company Profile
  2. Audited Financial Statements for the past 3 years
  3. Credit Rating Certificate
  4. PLN’s DPT Registration (if any)
  5. List of Experiences in Power Plant Projects
  6. Signed EoI Letter
  7. Signed Legal Statement
  8. Signed Final Statement
