PT. PLN Nusantara Power ("PLN NP") is a sub holding of PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (“PLN”) which has diversified businesses, including power generation, operations and maintenance, engineering procurement and construction, financing, consulting, as well as training services.

With regards to the RUPTL 2021-2030, PLN NP hereby announcing a request for Expression of Interest (“EoI”) for strategic partnership in developing power plant projects in Indonesia, including renewable energy and related businesses. The purpose of this request for EoI is to update the information of existing potential partners and to identify new potential partners for PLN Nusantara Power’s projects in general, in alignment with the RUPTL 2021-2030. This request is not for a specific project and is not intended as a binding offer or partnership.

PLN NP is pleased to invite local and foreign business entities to submit their EoI in becoming a potential partner for PLN NP in several areas, such as project sponsor, EPC contractor, O&M contractor, lender, manufacturer/technology provider, land owner, or advisors. Interested entities must have experience in at least one of the aforementioned areas related to the development of power plants or equivalent (i.e. energy sector). Please note that this EoI submission is for a single-business entity only. Every entities with consortium, shall submit the EoI in seperate submission process.

This request for EoI will be open starting from October 1^st 2023, until November 30^th 2023, 23:59 PM Jakarta local time (GMT+7).

In addition, please note that the entities that has submitted an EoI in the previous year, are able to update their company data by logging in using an existing registered user and must submit the EoI again to confirm their interest.

In commemoration of the 28th Anniversary of PLN Nusantara Power (“PLN NP”) and the 78th National Electricity Day, PLN NP presented Nusantara Power Connect 2023 event, as an exhibition and conference for electricity technology. The theme of this year was 'Strengthening The Base, Expanding The Business' to show our effort to strengthen synergy and collaboration with business actors and stakeholders in the power generation industry. As part of Nusantara Power Connect 2023, PLN NP also had a Investor Forum session
